Description: Reports issued on computer-output-microfiche resulting from a group of computer programs which allow for the manipulation of two data files: the Student Base and Course Master System. The reports are issued once a semester and summer session, and end of term. Two reports are comprised under the Grade Analysis series: CUR 06 Faculty Grade Distribution lists the percentages of grades assigned by each instructor for every course-section. SR 245 Credit Hour by Grade, by Class G.P.A. Average provides a numerical breakdown of grade distribution by class (freshmen, sophomore, etc.) credit hour.
